Some ideas what to do to increase your need of sleep are
- Go for a walk during daylight.
- Search actively for social contacts.
- Do you regularly sports. Take the meals at regular times.
- Go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time everyday (even on weekend)
- Arrange for relaxing time. Avoid a after-lunch-sleep - it redudces your nightly need for sleep.
A disturbed biorhythm is not only the reason for trouble with falling asleep or tiredness in the morning. Troubles with sleeping through the night can be a reason, that you won’t have enough readiness to sleep.
