You need deep sleep!

Many people don’t know anything about their disease. They feel, even after a 8-hour-sleep, like they haven’t slept.

To stop breathing for a very short time during sleep awakens the body for a few seconds to start breathing again. The affected people can’t hardly reach relaxing deep sleep.
These are the long-term consequences of sleep apnoea:

  • unhealthy sleep, daytime fatigue, petulance
  • Increased risk of accidents
  • Cardiac arrhythmias
  • high blood pressure
  • Headache
